Dear Families:
Tomorrow morning we will begin distribution of chromebooks at WMES for those who have requested them.  Classroom teachers have been in contact to see which families require chromebooks. If you need a chromebook and have not requested one please be sure to contact your child’s classroom teacher asap.
Please do not arrive at school and request a chromebook as they need to be signed out through the library and we need to know ahead of time to get them ready for pick up.

Due to the weather system coming through tomorrow afternoon we are only arranging pick ups between 9:30 and 12pm at this time.  Please try to come during the time assigned to your grade below, however, if that time does not work you can certainly come at another time between 9:30 and 12pm.  If you have more than one chromebook to pick up you may pick them all up at the same time.
We can also arrange for pick up on Monday morning if you are unable to come tomorrow morning.
Please call the office to let us know if you are waiting to pick up on Monday.
**If weather conditions worsen and we are unable to do pick ups on Friday, all pick ups will occur on Monday, January 10th  following the same schedule.

Guidelines for pick-ups:
• Unless your classroom teacher has arranged an alternate pick up from the side door, all pick ups will be at the main doors of the school.  Please park or pull into the main bus loop.
• When you arrive you will see pylons by the front door.  If there is a free pylon you may line up to get your chromebook.  If there are no free pylons we ask that you wait in your vehicle until there is a pylon available.
• It is imperative that everyone adhere to all public health guidelines when coming to the school. Please wear your mask and social distance.
• A staff member will be at the front door and will bring your chromebook to the round blue table out front.  Once the staff member has placed the chromebook on the table you may approach to pick it up.

All families who are borrowing chromebooks are expected to complete this online form with guidelines / expectations for chromebook use.
