This Week at WMES
April 18th - 22nd 

Dear WMES Families:

A few updates this week:

A reminder that today, Monday, April 18th, is Easter Monday. There is no school.

Please continue to use the Covid19 Daily check everyday before sending your child to school. Students who are unwell should not be at school. 
Thank you for helping us all stay safe and healthy this year.

Beginning on Tuesday, April 19th, we will return to  having students remain outside for play / social time first thing in the mornings until the first bell rings at 7:50am. 
Students who arrive between 7:40 and 7:50am will proceed directly to the side and back playground areas.  There will be teachers on duty outside to supervise beginning at 7:40am. Students should not arrive on school grounds before that time.
When the first bell rings at 7:50am students will be directed inside.  Announcements / attendance will begin at 7:55am.
Students arriving in class after 7:55am will be marked ‘Late’ for the day.

Our Grade 5 classes are visiting the HRCE glass lab at Rocky Lake Junior High this week. Watch for some tweets of their amazing creations.
