Pizza/ Garlic Fingers Kits fundraiser:
Orders will be ready for pick up on February 23rd and 24th.
Please pick up between 2:30pm and 4:30pm on Thursday, or anytime on Friday.  
If you purchased just one or two kits and you would like them sent home with our child on Friday please send us an email to confirm.  Otherwise we will assume you are picking up your order. Thanks.

Excel Registration for 2023-24:  If you are interested in registering for the Excel program for the 2023-24 school year please see the flyer on our webpage.

Community Health Teams - Spring and Summer Programming information is now available. 

February is African Heritage Month.  It is a month for all Nova Scotians to celebrate, honour and learn about the rich and glorious history of people of African Descent.  This year we have created a Family Bingo card for you to have some fun with and hopefully extend the learning we are doing at school to home.  We encourage families to try as many boxes on the Bingo card as you can at home throughout the month.   
  

Please be sure that your child brings a refillable water bottle to school each day.

Celebrate African Heritage Month! 

February is African Heritage Month! This year's theme, Seas of Struggle – African Peoples from Shore to Shore, recognizes the resiliency, strength, and determination of people of African descent from the shores of Africa to the shores of Nova Scotia – with the Atlantic Ocean being the everlasting connection. February is Registration Month!

Effective February 1, 2023, we will be accepting registrations for the 2023-2024 school year  through our new online portal, PowerSchool Enrollment!

If you are in need of COVID testing kits or masks please let us know.  We can send some home - or you can drop in to pick them up.

Upcoming Dates for your calendar:

February 23&24th - Pizza / Garlic Fingers Kits pick up. (In the cafeteria)

March 13-17th - March Break - No school

March 20th - Assessment and Evaluation Day - No school for students

March 28th - Report cards will be mailed home

March 30th   - No School - PD for staff in the morning
         - Student Progress conferences in the afternoon and evening
