This Week at WMES
June 19-23

Dear WMES families:

We would like to say a huge WELCOME BACK to our CUPE staff and to our Pre-Primary students.  Our school was not the same without you these past 6 weeks and we are so happy you are back to celebrate the end of the school year with us. :)  You were missed!

  • Our June Calendar is now available on our Webpage!

  • Field day will be taking place on Tuesday, June 20th.
    Some important reminders:

-Please be sure that students are dressed for the weather and bring a snack and a refillable water bottle clearly labelled with their name on it!
-Students will be outside for most of the morning so please apply sunscreen and bug spray at home before they come to school.
-Please be on time.  The fun begins soon after morning announcements!

  • Grade 5 Closing Celebration:
We will be celebrating our Grade 5 students on June 28th at 1pm.
Family members are welcome to join us.   We will have a short assembly and then cake and juice in the cafeteria.
